Yeah, but the average 18 year old isn't very focussed and productive at work, though there are exceptions. I always try to only hire people over 30.

Do you have information/evidence to support this view or is it just another ill informed union-generated propaganda statement like the rest of the anit workchoice rhetoric?

I am a partner in a small IT firm in Melbourne, and also involved in psychological assessment and legal reporting services, the second being my major activity. The IT stuff is just something totally different to help keep me sane, and I took it up after I sold the farm I had in SA, before moving to Melbourne! [My wife and I also ran an Art & Craft gallery for a couple of years.]

However, I plan to quit both in the New Year and do some part-time [and well-paid] consulting work in the UK while I tour Europe for a year or two.
