I'm new to this stuff, only started taking it in a droplet format a week ago BUT already I have noticed big differences.
I'm less stressed & worried about what others think, not as OCD, my drinking urge has reduced heaps & I'm now sleeping all night.
Does anyone else have any comments/experiences regarding CBD?

A friend has her own company making hemp based products, mainly skin and hair treatments, but I've not taken any CBD on a regular basis.
