Anyone got any advice on web hosters?
Ive been with addaction.net for years but the time has come to move on as I got this email last night in response to the troubles last week:

Your account maintains a too high resource use.
You use almost 3% average of the CPU power and 1% is allowed for any account.

Forums are known to use the most resources of any script. There is not much you can do about it other than for example lower the amount of users, block searches etc.

There is no larger account that you can get as all of the packages may not use more than 1% of the CPU power. The best solution would be to get a dedicated server for your account.

Please do bring the usage down to 1% in the coming 7 days otherwise we will have to terminate your account as it is affecting other customers on the server.

I'm doing a lot of looking around today.

Ended up going for IX Hosting.
Now to get everything transferred before my old host turns this place off.
