Ive got one lady sits next to me. Every frigging day complains she is cold. Id hate to see her heating bill at home

Ive given up sugar coating it any more. Just bluntly tell her, its just you, you are always cold, and that seems to do the trick now.

We arent allowed to change any settings anyway, so not sure what she thinks we can do about her being cold anyway...

I just see it as providing a bit of warmth without the heat, if that sounds not too stupid?

We have plenty in that boat, although the relationship between my neighbouring office and I is always strained, we are on the same page with the settings, the dude next to hers isn't here often enough to have his vote counted.

When it's 30+ outside, 25 feels cool.
When it's 15 or under outside, 20 feels warm.

I go in my lads room last night and he has the split system pointing down throwing snow at him while he's rugged up under the quilt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had to point out that the ceiling fan will do the same trick for a 10th of the cost.
