Why producers, supermarkets etc don't sell smaller packs/portions of Alfalfa Sprouts. I love a bit of Falf with my sandwiches, rolls and cracker creations but continually have to throw out two thirds of it.

You can buy it by the gram at Virgara's, same problem though, you might get 3 days out of it before it discolours.
