Good work. They are a great way to lose weight. I used to row twice a day for an hour each time and would do 12ks in an hour. I lost 25 kilo in 3 months on the rower and then I stopped and now I'm a fat bastard again. It does get boring after a while so try and mix it up a bit.
IMO one of the best cardio ergos you can get along with the good old versa-climber
As you said full body workout. My favourite sesh on the concept 2 is 10 x 3 min reps (2min at 2:00-2:10) 500 m with 1 min trying to hold 1:30 500m (or at least stay below 1:45 trying to punch out 5000 -6000m for the sesh.
