I just had a Hot Rod Ultimate combo upsized and it didnt fill me up... $10.25.... and im not FULL.....FFS..... I am going to have to shoot to HJ's for a couple of cheesies or a combo now.....
Is there anything better when you neatly set out your combo on the dining table and then slowly unwrap the burger ? mmmmm..... I seriously would rather unwrap that than undress mrs grub......
My hot rod only came with 2 little chunks of chicken on the stick.... not good enough KFC!!!!! especially for a regular like me!!!!! 8) 8)
BL are $1-00-2  thats not even $1-01

Be strange to move back to Adelaide (will in December) after two years in NW WA, where our Fast Food options are mcDonalds (THE MOST expensive in Australia) Chicken Treat (only open 4hrs per day - lack of staff) and Eagles Boys (simply NO GOOD)
All those options wont do the waist ANY good

I am the current antithesis of AG- I've cut back on junk food, & have started hitting the treadmill & weights @ the gym.
I'm sticking with stir fries (no rice) & steak & salads (no chips), & taking sandwiches to work.
Believe me, this is an improvement in my lifestyle.

As previously mentioned, Amalfi's is awesome- best dine in gourmet pizzas.
Also, Pizza Revolution in Hindley St realy hit the spot- best "takeaway" gourmet pizzas.

Well done Punky - I have also stepped up my gym sessions after I somehow stacked on 5 kg on top of a weight that was already about 5kg over where I should be. Managed to cut back on 2 of those so far want to lose another 5 at least

AG you are killing yourself! :(

I'm 6'5 and weigh 80 kgs!! Have always been able to eat as much as I like and could often put AG away in the junk food eating stakes. Good metabolism I guess, but can never put on weight. I think from age 18 to about 26 my weight did not change from 75 kgs.....

Hi WCP, even skinny people have heart attacks you know sometimes it doesnt matter what you weigh - it's all about what you eat surely eating all the junk funk that AG talks about will eventually harden all the arteries and make it hard for the heart to pump the blood around :o
