Neither really makes sense in terms of attributing all disease to such causes, but at least not all members of these groups are fundamentalist about these articles of faith, and so the more enlightened ones can do some good by behaving like physios.
Vertebrae rarely get misaligned unless damage is caused by a major injury but misalignment of the small articular facets holding the vertebrae together does occur and triggers muscle spasms and pain. The long bone mis-alignment theory could have some basis in discomfort caused by poor posture or muscular damage due to past injury in certain conditions - but not all disease!
A good Physiotherapist can teach you all you need to know, and what exercises to do thereafter, in a few sessions. There is no realistic basis for going to any of them for long periods.
(Years ago I was involved in assessing people for Worker's Compensation claims, and giving evidence in court. I'm still friends with some of the lawyers I met then. I co-worked with Occupational Physicians and Physiotherapists.)

On the mend at home mate, thank you.
Going pretty well, very keen to be at AO for Round 1 so she's got a reason to do the rehab right.

I find that it takes too long to load my post so I double press submit then hit the thread link once I see it’s about to double post.
If there’s any other solutions I’m keen to read.

Just tried and it was instant with me.
I have Telstra 5g though, don't know if that's making the difference or not.
Edit: This post took forever to post!
Might be related to the size of the thread or something similar as I tested it in a tiny thread and it was instant and then on this thread it took a good 10 seconds. Will ask Diss.
2nd edit: My edit was instantaneous though! Weird.
