I used to be up for some seafood highlighter back in the day, then I got a better job, another better job and a few pay rises and while I'm not eating crayfish for dinner I don't think I could stomach some highlighter now.

Nothing wrong with seafood highlighter,
I had a mate where I gave lobster and highlighter blindfolded and he got them mixed up?
I believe lobster over rated, just my opinion.
