It depends on what type of protest it is imo.
If you have a small gathering to raise awareness of your cause, so be it.

However, if you are taking a deliberately obstructive approach then I think it should be a hell of a lot more.

Last week when those idiots dangled off the bridge and half the city was held up for 60-90mins, what was the cost of that to the SA economy?

Over 100,000 people work in the city.
Lets say 3/4s managed to make it in unaffected, but the other 1/4 were held up an average of 1 hour each.

25,000 hours lost to the SA economy.

Even if you take a very conservative (low) rate of $50 per hour, that's $1.25m those clowns just wasted, not to mention the costs of the emergency services response, etc.

Fining them $50k is massive unders.
Danny Southern telling Plugga he's fat, I'd like to see that!

As part of the merger, the PGA will control holes 1-8 and 12-18.

The Saudis do 9-11.

Lad logic.

I have separate wheelie bins lined with big bags for my cans and plastic bottles.

The lad cleaned his room and car out and I noticed at least 40 cans and bottles in my recycle bin, I said to him “I was I was as rich as you, you’re throwing away free money”, his response “free money? How much do you spend to get your $100 back from the depot?”

In fairness to him unless you are driving directly past the bottle depot you would need 1000 cans to make it worth the petrol.
