Agreed no changes for Lords baring injury
but given Leeds starts 3 days after the Lords test is due to finish I expect changes due to physical load management

Depends on what the poms do though, they might juice the tracks up a bit, wait until they name their team first.

If Neser plays and the ball doesn't swing he'll be cannon fodder for the Pommy bats, who'll continue to blaze away. Starc leaks runs, but he's a proven wicket taker and he'll provide some rough for Lyon. The one I'm concerned about backing up is Hazlewood. He wasnt ready to play in the WTC final, so I doubt he's physically ready to back up in consecutive tests. Cummins, Starc, Boland and Lyon for me.

Given that I would feel that unless the conditions demand it no change will be made.
There are 3 day breaks between the second and third, and, the fourth and fifth tests. More likely to change then.

Yup
but they wont
By the end of the Lords test England will have bowled at least a day and a half more overs than Australia
Last test they bowled 219 overs, we bowled 145.
There a reason why we took our time batting and Broad looked shagged (44 overs) at the end of day four and day five.
Dont change Baz.
