Housos at the end of my street are burning rubbish, all the smoke is going directly on the washing they have hung up.

Just discovered Spotify has a new "AI DJ" feature, which plays tracks it thinks you will like, interspersed with vocal announcements from an AI DJ.

The DJ voice sounds like Barry Kripke from the Big Bang Theory

Was at a young nieces 30th birthday party today.

A woman from the other side of the family was asked when she did something and replied:

"That was when I was in between husbands".

'Murica.

New details have emerged after a shooting injured two women at Guaranteed Rate Field during a Chicago White Sox game on Friday night.

On Tuesday, ESPN Chicago reporter Peggy Kusinski said that the gun was snuck into the stadium by one of the women who was hit. The shooting was "an accidental discharge" by the woman whose injury was previously identified as "a graze wound."

"She reportedly snuck the gun in past metal detectors hiding it in the folds of her belly fat," Kusinski said in a post on X.

Police previously said that a 42-year-old woman "sustained one gun-shot wound to the leg" and a 26-year-old woman "also sustained a graze wound to the abdomen."

Having been in the US recently, bit ironic the only place I felt a little bit unsafe was Chicago at night. Had 4 blocks to walk from the train to the hotel & arrived at 1am on a Sunday morning in -5 weather & I don't think I've walked so quickly

In hindsight should have just got a taxi or uber. Chicago & Milwaukee at night are both very eerie. I knew Milwaukee at night wasn't safe as well, only had to walk a couple of blocks from the Basketball Stadium to our hotel & as soon as we got away from the crowd I definitely felt uneasy despite being able to see the hotel in the distance. Similar LA leaving the basketball in Downtown, walked a few streets up to get our uber and as soon as away from the crowd you lose all sense of security. Felt fine at night in Miami though for some reason despite getting offered substances by every 2nd person

I had a mate visit LA once, and he walked out from the hotel to go for a walk. The concierge asked where he was going, left or right...he said left. The concierge then told him that the men you can see sitting on the steps down the street that way shot and killed a man last night. I suggest you go right...
