Yeah, I know. Have had too much on our plate this last month. Plus the wife is a bloody good cook so I usually stay away from cooking duties

After talk of Chorizo Hot Dogs a while ago I did some on the Weber Q last night, turned out magnificent. Cooked them as you do a normal snag then cut in half lengthways for some further grilling. Topped with red onion, green & red caps, tomato, avocado (all finely diced), a bit of Mainland finely grated tasty cheese and a good drizzling of home made chimchurri. Had leftover chimchurri so grilled up some chicken breast tonight.
Whoops, there goes another year. Whoops, there goes another pint of beer.
