Like our health system our penal system is overwhelmed and ask anyone in either they'll tell you there's one fix that will help, more support for people suffering mental health issues. Both systems could be dramatically improved if mental health support was increased then we'd have space to put these people away for longer as they should be.

Can attest to this. My wife's "general" ward is overwhelmed with mental health patients. They are often violent and often need full time security guards on them.

1. The wind - I haven't been able to put the penguins out since the rain started - and now that it's stopped, it's blowing a gale.
2. Unwrapping a Golden Gaytime, only for half the crumbs to fall on the floor before I had a chance to take a bite.
