It should work well in the foot high grass, if its from NZ its probably designed for mowing sheep

I thought a NZ lawn mower was a sheep...

No, that's a NZ girl friend!

thats right my work mate got one from bunnings and two months later the piston smashed through the block and they accused him of not having any oil in it, but that wasnt the case. it ended up costing him 500 bucks for another mower from stanfords.

Didn't read every post.

Read somewhere that Australia is one of the few countries that sell 2 stroke machines.

Too Much Pollution.

Too much Global Warming.

Guys, when it is time to renew, get 4 Stroke and prolong our existance on this Great Planet..!
Smile :)

It's only Money $$$ :)

What is happening to our SANFL guys...

i know im just a chick but a couple of months ago i bought a mower on spec' for about 249 bucks from bunnings with one of those weird catcher things on the back.... suits us fine as we have bugger all lawn and my dh thinks he will shrink if he goes outside when it's been raining so dont know about the wet lawn issue... he thinks it does the job and if it goes in a couple of years ... meh
RIP my DH 1964 - 2009 - You were one of the best and I miss you
