So, what's happening?

Delay at Ballarat due to patron on course being treated for medical condition. Mertens on top but has no more rides for the meeting. A wall of them chasing.

Canberra, Cahill in the box seat after saluting on a roughie in the previous with two rides in the remaining two races. Canberra has been a dog's breakfast today. Anything is on the cards there with two to go.

Coffs, Rolls has an early double and dare I say it but I like Clipper Ship in R7.

Sunny Coast about to get going.

Rolls leads by 1 going into the last at Coffs. Only Fitzgerald can beat him outright (I think) on a $14 shot. Rolls also has a $12 ride in the same race. Prayers.

Rolls ($4.20) holds on by 1 (I think) and may have jagged 3rd in the last to make a sure thing out of it (pretty sure he's got it wrapped up regardless).

A few rider changes this morning at Narrowmine which could influence things today.

JVO picks up a decent point scoring chance in R1 and is clear second pick in the JC at about $5.50.

Nick Heywood gets an each way shot in the last. His 6 rides on an 8-race card are around that $6-$13.

He's $20 Topsport and $15 TAB but I'd need to see $30+ to consider backing him.

Llewellyn is the short $1.50 favourite and does take the saddle on 4-5 favourites but on a Heavy 8, it's a close watch.

Gaudray out at Pakenham now as well so watch those replacements...

Coriah Keatings (AOJ) has picked up a handy chance at Albury in R3, which gives her a strong chance to jag 6-7 points on a 7-race card. $6.75 with Topsport.

Any Other Quinella at Pakenham could be some value after Meech, Moloney and Nugent pick up Gaudray's rides. May not win outright but could feasibly be up there late in the day with any one of Nolen or Currie.
