I nearly pulled the trigger on Molly Bourke @ Wyong today. But couldn't get money to my bowler's in time. $61. picked up 2 late rides . rookie error

I got her at $19 with Sportsbet. She was AOJ with TAB and TopSport.

Hit the double with Chris Parnham at Northam ($4) but missed the treble after Michael Dee ($1.50) went down at Bendigo

Today:

Tamworth: Bullock the obvious favourite at Tamworth with 8 rides and all of them point scoring chances. $1.05 is not tempting but maybe there's a quinella option to explore.

Moruya: Wide open and I was leaning towards AOJ but it's favourite at $4 which includes Bronnet-Prag and Mathew Cahill as its main hopes. Don't mind Jess Taylor's book of rides ($4.50) and Jade McKenzie's ($5.50) but I don't know enough about McKenzie to have any confidence there.

Warracknabeal: I was a slight lean towards Will Gordon ($5.25) and Linda Meech ($5.75) and Gordon can pick up some rides while being on 4 good point scoring chances.

Ballarat: Allen ($1.75) with several scoring rides and scouting for value there but hard to find a clear challenger. Fry ($12) might be some value?

Wait til markets open and watch for rider changes. GL all. Can't be on scores all day unfortunately but will be following.

Tricky day and Warracknabeal is under way - Gordon picking up just the 1 point unfortunately so having a small bet on Meech as well there.

Really book-ended all my multis with Johnny Allen at Ballarat so hopefully he keeps up his recent good form and a small quinella bet with Fred Kersley.

Tamworth, hoping Mikayla Weir can pick up some points in a quinella with Bullock. Felt she was overs at $44 earlier but that's disappeared.

Moruya, trusting Jess Taylor and small bet Mathew Cahill with Sportsbet at $13 who has a 20% winning strike rate at the track and 40% place strike rate as well.

General thoughts so far:

Warwick - Thornton $3.90 with Sportsbet is decent shopping.

Pakenham - Mott $5.20 with TopSport

Corowa - Heywood looks hard to beat at $2.40 Sportsbet

Gunnedah - Nock has a lot of good rides and no ride in the last so could pick up the fave in the last. Odds on at $1.55 but adds some insurance if he picks up that runner too.

Morning all. Brutal day yesterday - results above. So close but so far from a handy treble but we live to fight another day!

Early thoughts - B Rawiller at Seymour has just three rides for the day but hoping he can jag 7-8 points plus possibly pick up a ride or two this arvo. $7.25 TAB

Interesting to see Corey Bayliss at Townsville - looks like he'll be making his track debut there. Lacey Morrison's statistics - both at Townsville and across her career, are outstanding with a win % of 23.6 and a place % of 57.5. This is her primary place of work so going to be hard to beat today.

Aaron Bullock still crook has thrown open the NSW provincial scene - Andrew Gibbons picking up some handy rides today but I'm not keen on the $3 around him and looking at Ash Morgan at $8.50 (TAB) with the possiblity of picking up another ride or two today. Keeping an eye on Mitchell Bell ($11) as well. JVO ($5) and Alysha Collett ($5) appear slight unders. Zac Lloyd ($4.40 TAB) would appear to be better value than the other shorter priced jocks today.
