It has been well established that parallax error when only using one eye is one of the factors that the tribunal can take into account when assessing the merits of a case involving a non-no namer

There is a specific form of this called wubsy's parallax error which overrides everything.

If he was some no namer or not a star he would get a game every day of the week.
The stars are judged differently which is what annoys people

If it was a no namer they shouldn't get reported for this either.

But I do agree in regard to the name
"Be curious, not judgmental""

What’s more strange is I can’t tell which you think deserves more (although I obviously suspect who  )
At the end of the day, both chose to bump and both got them high with a concussion. Same penalty makes sense

One guy goes into a contest and and the opposition player is slung tackled into him and the other guy goes off his line and shirtfronts an unsuspecting opposition player nowhere near the contest, like I said strange organisation

What is certain is there's no grey area with Rankine's. Can you say with certainty that SPP chose to bump or did he try to avoid the contact as Rioli spun Keane around and accidently collected him, only he knows that. I know your view but if you asked 50 other people, you'd have a few in each camp.

Good bloke?

Nah the Brownlow medal chance credits he will get.

The Brownlow is losing its shine a bit and the last thing they need is a suspended winner.

I remember a reserves game at the bay and some of the stuff coming out of this guys mouth was embarrassing.
Had to tell him to knock it off. He still kept saying the same thing, only not at the top of his voice.

This is seriously your take on this?

I'm trying to make some sort of sense as to why a supposed wannabee journo would think it was ok to say what he did.

Sometimes there is no sense in the matter, the dickhead has just thrown away in a moment of stupidity a career that he aspired to follow.

What made it even stupider is the fact that he went on TV with that pitiful apology, it basically gave him no chance of obtaining a job in anything close to the role he is pursuing, at least if he just accepted his sanction and went into exile for a while someone may have forgotten about it in a couple of years time, it was certainly a head and voice that will lurk.

There's some simple rules that need to be followed in life when it comes to the piss, I try and avoid posting on FB if I'm half cut, I don't reply to dickhead comments and I don't post on here either.

I know I'll f*** up and say something I shouldn't in all 3 situations.

He's obviously a jerk and tried to water it down by saying he was intoxicated.

Look him up, he's done a Journalism degree at Uni SA.

The fact that you have tried to give him some sort of out, and linked him to intellectual disability is an appalling take on this.

We all know Heeney will challenge and get off.

Been thinking about this since I replied last night, the intentional / careless isn't for where he hit the player it's whether he meant it or not and there's no way you can argue he didn't mean it.

What part of this don't you get?I'm not giving him an out. I'm just trying to make some sort of sense as to why. That's the only explanation I could come up with.
I didn't know he was pissed, (which makes you disabled). That explains it.
I'm certainly not excusing the behavior no matter the circumstances.
So please don't try and paint me as someone looking to excuse what he said.
