Adelaide won their premierships when their coach employed "no individual" policy, if they are going to go down that track then I applaud them, I actually think both Adelaide clubs are pretty level headed, Rachele is just a young "dumb" bloke who will learn the hard way, Tex is probably the only other one that puts himself out there in the media but I find him humorous and doesn't mind taking the piss out of himself.

The difference being Tex has the runs on the board over a decade-plus of footy, Rachele is still very much earning his stripes.

Out of curiosity if say 10 blokes retired and the club doesn't have that money draft picks in the draft or rookie draft, what would happen

Draft picks continue on for as many as you want, you can delist 25 if you want, it just means you would be the sole club selecting in the 7th, 8th, 9th round etc etc

Rachelle made a comment about Port supporters which opposition supporters have been saying for 100 years now.
I don’t understand the outrage with the comment.

Im outraged because the no teeffies sledge is usually reserved for Collingwood's fans.

Reading Lairds comments its clear that the Crows frustration (based on the fact they went and dropped him) isnt the actual comment rather Racheles need at the moment to bring 'outside attention/noise' to his performances by being involved in these banters or whatever you want to call them.

Clearly they want him to focus on playing and not all the other rubbish.

Nicks has said Rachele has repeatedly failed to adhere to the clubs team-first values.

Make of that what you will.

Me either, other than it now the norm to be outraged if someone takes the pi$$.
The kid had a bit of a laugh. Most 21yo are out there doing that all weekend
I thought it all added some really good atmosphere.
Go to a Collingwood v Carlton match at the MCG and its on for young and old.
I have never understood the supporters getting violent about banter at the footy.
I've seen quite a few fights at the MCG over the years albeit from a distance.
And hell, Port supporters give out their fair share. Some do it on here (not me of course)

But, unfortunately, some infantile supporters will use it to revert back to feral behaviour.
That poor supporter screaming abuse at the Crows players as they came off. I hope his hat is OK.

This is his Adelaides problem.
You have a young and appears to be dumb , immature bloke who is contracted for another 5 years.
What's the worst thing that can happen.Get moved on back to Melbourne where another club will pick up his salary.

Apparently Rachele was called into to face the music on the Friday before the showdown over his media comments about the teeth and was told we dont body shame anyone at this club. He then proceeded with the goal celebration on the day sealing his fate for this week. Slow learner

Well well.

Mark Robinson calls for a draw that is balanced.

Play each other once. Whoever you have at home one year you are away the next.

The Melbourne clubs will be outraged if there is a balanced draw.
