Jason Wood - federal MP for La Trobe - has a namesake who is a staffer for a Democrat Senator. The odd email has gone astray there. La Trobe's Jason is now jason.wood.MP@......

When I was learning to drive, there were another 3 people with the same name as me learning with the same instructor.

When I went to Uni to enrol they almost enrolled me in the wrong course because there was a girl with the same first name, middle name and last name.

I went to the Doctors once and she was given the records of an 8 year old that shared the same name as me instead of mine.

There is a gold medal winning swimmer (not Australian) that shares my name and I also played netball with a girl that shared my name.

You could say I have a very common name!

My name is everywhere...

SturtFC junior coach, always in the news when Australian cricket scandals erupt, I reckon there was also a gentleman heavily involved at the time of the Ansett Collapse who also shares the same name. Did not know I had the capacity to be in several places at once!

Do know a guy by the name of Michael Moore who gets e-mails, including scripts that people send him for for possible movie ideas.
As you could imagine, not all the e-mails are positive.

I recall in a former job, a new employee started with the same first initial and surname as me. They gave her my email address and we were both getting mail for both of us. Confusing times until it was revealed and solved.
