After 255 SANFL League games and 3 Norm Russell Medals, club Co-Captain Jarrod Schiller has called time on his illustrious career.

Known for his tough approach and fierce competitive nature, Jarrod has put together an extremely impressive CV since debuting in 2010 (Round 17 vs. Norwood).

• Captain: 2021-2024
• Vice Captain: 2015-2020
• 3 x Norm Russell Medallist
• 6 x Daniel Hulm Trophy - Most Courageous Player
• 2 x B&F Runner-Up
• 2014 & 2019 Most Consistent League Player
• 2023 SANFL Goal of the Year

While Jarrod will deeply missed on and off the field, his incredible contributions will forever be remembered at our Club.

Thank you for everything Jarrod, and we look forward to watching you in your journey after footy!

What a ripper career!
And such a quiet, unassuming bloke too,
not many players play 250 games in the SANFL anymore,
he WILL be missed!

A loyal one club player and a great one at that.

15 seasons at league level is quite some achievement.

Ruckman Oliver Megins also seeking a new SANFL club.

South have signed Oliver Northam, who played a handful of games this season.

Westies

Didnt his old man play there at Westies when he was drafted by the Crows? Think he also had a year at the Bay.

Will Norwood pick up Phoenix Foster or does he get lost to country footy?

150 games
Debut 2009, NW lost to GL by 10 points
So he started and finished his career with losses to GL

One thing that may have been overlooked with Matts career , was his accuracy when kicking for goal
Had the uncanny ability to be a matchwinner in several of his 150 games , including some memorable last quarter match winning efforts
