Have called the SuperCoach phone number that’s on the app under terms and conditions and they are saying it’s legit but I still don’t bloody trust it

I did this with an insurance rebate a couple of years ago. Ignored calls, letters, the lot, I was convinced it was a scam.

Turns out it was legit and I got about 800 bucks back!

Rang the number on the SuperCoach t and c’s and they were all over the situation. Going to take a couple of days to research more before handing over any details.

Yeah they wanted bsb and account number and name. Haven’t asked for credit card details or anything.

I have a bank account that I keep bugger all in it for these types of transactions or for when I do a Powerball syndicate.

They cant do a thing with your bank details (BSB and Account number) other than credit your account, just don't give any credit card details.

Bank account details are all over the web and on invoices that get shared far and wide.

I would have thought they could at least send you an email outlining the situation and how this all came about etc.

Just as a side note, you can create a PayID for bank accounts these days so that you don’t have to give out your bank details … but the PayID has to be your email or mobile number, therefore providing further details about your identity.
