Seen on zero hanger

Port Adelaide: The Power are expected to offer North Melbourne VFL captain Jack Watkins a train-on opportunity. SANFL star Jez McLennan is also in their sights, potentially filling depth in the forward line

This is all and only about filling their reserves side.

They already have McLennan and Marshall along with Watkins on the same fantasy.

They have zero thoughts about them getting on their AFL list.

Have the Crows raided SANFL stocks yet? We've lost McLennan and Cochrane to Port (1 old, 1 young), are we still vulnerable to more losses?

Rome Burgoyne off to the magpies. The magpies were never going to let him play for the Eagles.

Cochrane was drafted as a rookie. He's a Power listed player, not on the Magpies SANFL list like McLennan is (for now ;) )

Apparently Saints rang Boyd recently to let him know they were not picking him. Think Sheedy knew that before accepting the role :D

wonder if Sheedy kept his receipts on that one - huge loss for them

South have signed Will McCarthy from Wangaratta Rovers/Murray Bushrangers. He is a 191 cm midfielder/half back.

I think I read he is an extremely talented, hard running tackling machine with elite disposal by hand and foot who has decided to play in the SANFL instead of the AFL in order to really challenge himself and he has downplayed his favouritism rating for the Magerey Medal as an individual award that he will not concentrate on.
