So in theory, could complete the suspension on Saturday afternoon if ET win their Quarter Final on Saturday morning

And therefore still be eligible for presents from Father Christmas this year, presuming that would cross him off the naughty list.

They will beat Woodville this time and then his suspension be done after the Semi. They will be hoping that’s the case and can resume on Jan 4. Still be able to play One Day quarter final on Jan 12 either way.

Very lucky boy. Apparently maximum suspension for equipment abuse is two games. No power to increase due to severity or how many times been reported etc. Think SACA will get this changed for next season.

Basically has just cost him a Strikers contract which financially is big penalty for him.

Glenelg and Kensington through to the T20 grand final. Both had pretty comfortable semi final wins over West Torrens and East Torrens respectively. Nice to see Jordan Buckingham was back bowling today
Grand final is on Adelaide Oval but not until Sunday February 2nd

Called into park 25.......well done to the Glenelg coaches......telling the Seahorse players it wasn't a grand final.....and only a semi final

Masterpiece of coaching......now they have to wait 6 weeks before losing another grand final

Torrens......devasted not playing Glenelg in a grand final.....now its the Browns turn to get an easy win......0/4 coming up

Should be a high class grand final with all but those over in Sri Lanka with the Test squad available. The T20 premiership is the one flag that has eluded Kensington so far and Glenelg last won 10 years ago. Tea Tree Gully and Port Adelaide went through the minor matches 4-0 but fell in the Quarters, as can happen.

With a break over Christmas, there are premierships galore to be won in the new year, with T20 premierships on offer for the first time for lower mens grades and junior grades.

Tea Tree Gully and Sturt, on return from Div 2, the standout teams in 1st Grade at this stage, both undefeated. They'll meet each other the first game in 2025 as the 2-day competition returns. The rest of the teams battling to take a step towards the top 4 and avoiding falling in to the relegation zone.

Do the lower grades have T20 semi finals? Or just a straight 1st vs 2nd grand final?

Yes I believe it's straight to a GF with 1st vs 2nd for all other grades, except Women's 2nd Grade.

With regards to the 1st Grade, is it still bottom 2 get relegated and top 2 of div 2 get promoted? If SACA U19 finish top 2, will they still be promoted?

Still bottom two, top two like last year.

I believe SACA Under 19's wont play Finals even if they finish top 3. The players then can go back and play Finals for their home team if they make it.

Good win by Uni

8/102 chasing 169 vs West Torrens and got home 9 down

Ethan Brookes 82* I assume is an English player

EDIT - in the paper today it said Brookes has come over from Victoria

If you can, go to the winning runs/final delivery in the live stream. And listen for a few seconds, someone wasn't happy!

Didn't Kensington win the t20 grand final in about 2007? Bowled Glenelg out stupidly cheaply and got the runs before the sausages were cooked.

One day semi finals decided

Tea Tree Gully vs Kensington
Glenelg vs University
On Sunday February 9th

Some good quarter final games today. I watched a bit of Uni vs Sturt on the stream. Sturt collapsed early 6/17 but fought their way to 189 thanks to Corey Kelly and the lower order. Uni looked to have the run chase in hand but got the wobbles near the end. Needed 4 to win off the last over 6 wickets down. Angus Parker took wickets off the first two balls but they scrambled a single on the hattrick ball, a dot, then whacked the 5th ball for 4.

Sturt had a young left arm wrist spinner Connor Gregory. On debut I think. Has some wraps on him and bowled okay
