I reckon he is tired after a long season and it’s effecting his shot selection

Connolly in for Short and Sangha in for Johnson. Aus batting first.
Bloke averaging 16 in this format of cricket is opening the bat. Speaks volumes about JFM
I'm happy Connolly was picked over Fraser-McGurk and will die on that hill!
Shows how much confidence they have in Fraser-McGurk at the moment hey.

Spencer Johnson would have beef a better option as an opener[/quote]Haha I don’t disagree!

Pretty much all Travs dismissals look awful.
Wins more games than he loses so whilst it's a bit annoying to watch i guess we just need to accept that's the way it is.

Always felt 20-30 runs short but thought the bowlers did ok. We grassed too many chances that should be taken at this level.
Not a bad effort from our second string side though especially as this comp is fixed to ensure an Indian win.
Oh well, we have the only trophy that matters in this format

T20 cricket is in the 2028 Olympics and some talk he wants to be part of that.
I wonder if he pulls the pin on tests after this years Ashes at home?

Ah, the Saffers and losing semi finals at major ODI comps. Is there a more iconic duo in World cricket than that :)

Congrats to the sheep botherers though and would love to see them win this fixed tournament
