Gift.

Had about a 12 legger where I was to win $304 off of my $10 bet and they were already offering $90 cashout before half time.

Needed Walker to snag 2 goals as one of my legs and was thinking that they might sub him out as I was out for lunch and the game was on, seen the sub called, immediately went for the cashout hoping sportsbet didn't see it and scraped in, something was a bit sus though as the amount dropped to $58, still a save I guess.

Went Crows 25+, GWS 1-39 into Suns 25+, used a $9.50 bonus bet to collect $192, a nice little leg up for next week.

Tex dudded you - (off the radio) poor effort at marking in the 1st quarter and had to hand the goal off to Thilthorpe

Yeah, I cursed at that.

If it's any consolation, I was at a Lone Star rib restaurant on the back of your recommendation in the pubs and restaurant thread.

I wasn't disappointed.

I didn't think the Suns guernsey could get any worse than it was. I was wrong.

It wasn't great. But it was still better than the Power Rangers get up.

and will get cleared, Jacko was quite reasonably expecting the Bulldogs player to be standing up when he pressed on him but he went to ground (before the tackle from behind) which caused the damage, as nasty as it was it was all the victims fault. In fact it should have been a free kick to Arch.

The latest change made to the game is umps calling play on and calling out " NOT 15 PLAY ON." for short passes
I dont have an opinion on the subject
What i would want is for this rule to used all season with consistency instead of a rule of the week adjudication

Fist look I thought free to Archer for taking the legs out.

Second look no different.

Archer should be right. BUT you would have thought no report would have been made.

What would've happened if Archer broke his leg in that contest? Would they still have charged him, given the rule was brought in to stop people 'taking the legs'? Seems like the AFL has brought one rule in which has compromised one of their other rules.

Can't be serious guys, Clearly had his head over the ball, Archer has a duty of care which he did not uphold.

Pulling out of the contest was the right thing to do in this situation.

Clearly went to ground by himself, thats on him, he also didnt protect himself from contact he knew was coming, thats also on him. He contributed to the unfortunate concussion more than anyone else. He is very lucky Arch didn't do his knee or break his leg.

This is some elite victim blaming
One went low and hard at the ball, the other ran upright over the top and knocked him out.
