My cousin is up in Quorn, some of the video she's just shared is awful. Howling winds blowing away top soil and many of the farmers dry seeded as others had hoping for rain. That's all just been blown away.

After giving up hope of getting any rain I was woken by a heavy shower at 1:30am this morning. The showers lasted for about 60 minutes then disappeared.
With much anticipation and excitement I headed out to the rain gauge at 5:30, 3.5mm. Disappointing

Yeah the 10-15mm around Clare wasn't going to do much at all but better than a kick in the guts i suppose.

Best chance for a decent drop over the next few days. Obviously it won’t be the 50 odd mm that Adelaide might get but 10~20mm will be enough to get all the crops germinated and up out the ground. Please let it happen.
