Hearing whispers the club is on the verge of offering Wright another extension they are so thrilled with his performance. #southproud

South v Crowserves @ Noarlunga, Powerserves v West @ Alberton, WWT v Centrals @ Woodville - combined total for these games will be lucky to exceed 4k.
Probably only get 3-4k at The Bay, whilst Monday at Unley should see 5-6k.

The top clubs dominate every year, and it's hard to see how bottom clubs can improve
Sturt & Glenelg would average 3,500 to home games, West & South would average 1,000
Any thoughts?

The following are the available crowd averages so far this season.
Glenelg 3933
Norwood 3044
Unley 2984
Prospect 2433
Elizabeth 2055
Alberton 1618
Woodville 1513
Richmond 1498
Noarlunga 1233
It should be noted that I have not included Norwood vs Adelaide at Port Lincoln, and I cannot find a crowd for the Port Adelaide vs South Adelaide Alberton game.

I’ll stand corrected but I reckon it was 1500-ish…

Over 5400 people were according to one of the Marmalade guys posts on Instagram, plus how ever many watched the live stream on YouTube like I did, it looked like great fun with all their fellow social media mates, ex AFL/SANFL players, cricketers, etc. being involved. Their brand/following and these kinds of events they put on (the third game like this after Lockleys v PAOC and then Lockleys v Elizabeth last year) continues to get bigger and bigger.whufc wrote:I know it was only a one off but a bit sad a ‘Div 12 ressies ‘state of origin’ can get over 5000 in pouring rain and a storm yet sanfl games can barely get over 3k
Not great times and a sign of where the young ones are at.
