Cut 1 - across the middle.
Cut 2 - one rectangle in half.
Cut 3 - one square diagonally.

The lovely ladies from the CWA at the Quorn Cup had the beef and mustard pickle, curried egg, fritz and sauce and the ham, cheese and gherkin sandwiches cut into fours and they were spectacular.
