I'd take him, you'll get an idiot but a bloody good defender.

In a team where a good defender could make the difference between a flag or not, yes.

Other than that, wouldn't touch him with someone else's money.

Steven King just made himself a whole lot more popular with the broader footy community
Matty Wade is a star and deserves more respect from the forum family!

If it was 2015, yes but he's about to turn 34 in January and there is no way I'm taking on a 34 year old with that baggage and I'll be surprised if anyone does.

Firstly they're not making finals but I would argue Melbourne has had culture issues for far too long and getting rid of a bloke at the centre of it might be just what they need.

Steven May has been advised by Melbourne to search for a new club, per Tom Morris.

Guessing the new coach didn't like what he saw from May at the end of the Kings Birthday game?

Or the punch up with Jake Melksham. Or the smart arse comments at the B&F

Missed the B&F reference, what did he say?

Agree, culture more important for Demons so move him on. Bulldogs suited the most as what they desperately need.

Oliver is contracted to 2030, you would expect they would have canvassed the market for potential suitors and any negotiations on that deal would take time. How much is each one paying? What are you giving up for him?

Word is the Petracca deal tops out at $1.7m in 2028 and 2029. He turns 30 in January, are you taking on a bloke who will be 33/34 for $1.7m?

They can rework the money, Melbourne would be paying some too.
