Not sure how he’s getting to 30

By kicking twice as many as his best previous season, or 1.2 goals per game.

Or 3 bags of 10 will get him there also

Never played a full season

Fair but hes never even got close to a 30-goal season is the point.

Hes played over 60 games in the last 4 years and averages 0.75 goals a game.

His best season Played 21 games in 2022 and kicked 15 goals.

Played 16 last season and kicked 14 goals
Franky Evans played 10 games and kicked 13 goals in the same season

Durdin will be lucky to kick 20 goals in a season let alone 3 iMHO

Not just your opinion, in your honest opinion.

He is a CDFc junior and I wish him well but the stats don't lie unfortunately

I didn't read anything else you wrote and nor do I really care, I just dig the way that "H" holds more creedence than not having the "H" in IMO.

He'll either kick 30 or he won't, he's not gonna save the world for us and probably won't feature in any of my SGM's.

Lack of quality back up rucks around currently

Goldy is a fair bit better than Cox, even at this stage of his career. Plus, his coaching of the young blokes puts him head and shoulders ahead of the other two.

But Cox is a better CHF than Goldy.

If you've got top 15 picks, yes. Sharp, Schubert, Marsh and Cumming all top 20 bound where Port didn't have any capital.

Unless we wanted to trade up / in then we're not in that market. We've been very clear about the 2024 draft and then what we aim to gather in 2026 and 2027.
I actually don’t mind this draft. Yes it is labelled weak but I think of it more as not a deep draft and that rather than having several once in a generation type it will instead have probably 7-8 that could still end up as A graders.
Probably on 45-55 players taken and I think maybe 18-20 of those will be SA lads.
I’m really hoping we can get 2-3 of the SA lads and bring the, through together. Getting another pick or 2 for Merrett or decent Draper compensation would have been nice too

add to the above Barker (would be top 15 pre ACL), Thredgold (best key defender in draft), LeRay (best kick in SA), Nairn & BOB are all worthy of being on a list next year and are top 30-40 talents

It’s not a super draft by any means but knowing a few players and people involved highly with the SA program I’m confident there is some quality there to be found. I don’t think the draft bats deep but there looks to be around a dozen or more evenly matched players with no real standouts

I think Latrell would be a nice pick in the late 20’s and Phillipou looks super classy too

I dont think Phillipou is any good, Latrell hurt his chances in the finals for Glenelg but will be more Port's range I believe

Are the extra picks for WC, Rich, Ess & Melb priority picks or have those teams just traded for them & it's coincidence.
