Would've been something along the lines of how would you know how much you could fit in one. I work in the packaging industry.

I did have one customer get put through to me years ago and was complaining that her flaps were too big for her box, I thought it was a stitch up initially but you have to assume every call is legit. I did the right thing though and put her on speaker so everyone else could hear, all of my puns that I included in the suggestions I made went straight over her head.

End of the day she got her box re-designed.

This place is a bit more stringent than my previous workplace, it did take some people some getting used of and I had to choose my audience wisely.

My best friend here is a rep and not long after I started she mentioned one of her customers called Allbox, I replied with "Hmmm, sounds like a chick I used to date" it was about then we clicked and then the rest of the sales team took me in. I don't think I'd get away in any other industry when I see some samples on her desk and I say "Oh wow, you have a nice little box there".

I just try to break the day up a bit, we're always under a lot of pressure and stress but I deflect it and try to make the day enjoyable for myself and those around me. No one gets hurt.

A horse owned by embattled football star Lachie Neale has had a brilliant win in a race at Bunbury on Sunday.

Three-year-old racehorse Two Time Charlie won in a sizzling last-to-first performance near the outside fence.
