7 straight playoff losses, last playoff win was in 2017. He’s been an excellent coach but his time at the Steelers was up. He’s left with dignity & class & one day will enter the HOF. And yes, Pittsburgh are a strong, highly respected organisation, 3 coaches in 57 years is testament to that.

Because he stepped down and wasn't fired, Pittsburgh owns his coaching rights and any team that signs him will have to compensate the Steelers with draft picks potentially.

I don't see him coaching this year but can see him back on the sideline next year. He will be a very sought after media performer for the next 12months.
