Laptop X: Sex, highs and videotape leave footy stars, celebs sweating after explicit files seized

A laptop containing explosive material has several celebrities sweating in case the files are made public.

Explosive files on a laptop threaten to expose several current and former AFL footballers, celebrities and high-profile corporate figures in a major drugs and sex scandal.

An examination of the device, which has been seized as part of a workplace legal battle, has unexpectedly unearthed X-rated images, sex tapes, images of drug use and suspicious banking records.

“There would be a lot of people sweating on this,” said one source, who has witnessed the materials.

“The individuals involved would be surprising to many. These are people who are known in the community and would see their reputation affected if any of these files were made public.”

Several well-known people from multiple AFL clubs – including officials and players – are involved.

They include several well-known people – both officials and players – from multiple AFL clubs.

The hard drive has been found to contain one image of celebrities gathered around a dusty black table with crystal substances piled on top.

In another photograph, seen by the Herald Sun, a nationally admired sportsman is captured with a yellow-tinged, crystal substance that resembles the narcotic MDMA in his mouth.

There are also images showing white powder.

The hard drive has been found to show images of white powder.

Yet another photograph shows a well-known married business leader in a high-priced hotel room holding a scantily clad woman.

The laptop also contains graphic, homemade sex videos involving prominent Melburnians.

The owner of the laptop also kept extensive records – including images – of sex workers and high-profile women who he appears to have hosted at parties in Melbourne.

Phone records reveal he was in a romantic relationship with a footy WAG who helped him procure other women for sex with other members of his coterie.

The Herald Sun is unable to provide further detail of the contents of the laptop for legal reasons.

But several recognisable and influential figures are understood to be fearful that if files from the device ever become public they could destroy many reputations and careers.

The bombshell laptop belonged to an employee who has been sued by their former employer, though the Herald Sun is again unable to expand on the circumstances in which the device was seized for legal reasons.

The owner of the laptop also kept extensive records – including images – of sex workers and high-profile women who he appears to have hosted at parties in Melbourne.

While the big-money legal dispute is ongoing, it is not clear how much of the material could be released.

The saga has already been rumbling on for years and, given the fact a number of parties have been impacted and are aggrieved, the scandal has the potential to blow up at any time.

“I’ve seen more than I want to,” said a source familiar with the laptop’s contents.

“This person who used the laptop appears to have been able to get access to drugs and prostitution is definitely a part of this,” they said.

Another source described the employee in question as a “trophy hunter” who kept detailed records of his famous friends and of his sexual exploits.

One well-known businessman who has been drawn into the scandal has been seen meeting with the laptop’s former owner at a Melbourne wine bar over summer.

Another source described the employee in question as a ‘trophy hunter’ who kept detailed records of his famous friends and of his sexual exploits.

The same businessman has also been in touch with other associates of the employee and asked them not to discuss the matter with anyone else.

But many of the employee’s high-profile friends are continuing to support them in the dispute — possibly fearing their own exposure.

One sporting administrator told the Herald Sun: “(The person) has been a good mate of mine for a long time.”

Other prominent figures refused to comment.

A Melbourne philanthropist with known connections to the employee’s family said of the alleged images, videos and files: “I don’t know anything about them.”

The Herald Sun has contacted the former owner of the laptop, who declined to comment.
