The complete and utter lack of accountability that has crept into this organization, can't wait to get out.

The new executive is so clearly defining everyone's roles to implement KPI's that people are no longer held accountable for errors, they simply pass it on to the person who has that role for them to cop the heat when a simple call or email would have closed the matter out.
