Process of elimination says it has to be Australia or Windies, who play most one-dayers v Poms on their regular tours to England, and vice-versa. Since you ruling out all the high-class sub-continent bowlers.
I'm going Marshall if it's not Ambrose and Walsh, who are already eliminated.

To save you the time, if you knock me back, I'm putting Garner as my next guess, and then Holding, and then McDermott.

For most runs and based on the theory that Rog has followed, Im going with
IVA Richards for most ODI runs..
