Who's going 2 knock off Morphett Vale Magic?
Well B J,1st of all i'm hoping you lose alot more than 3 players,so obviously the team that beats you will be the team that recruits well enough over the pre-season.I don't know who's got who at the moment,so i'll just sit back & enjoy the "silly" season gossip & hope Reynella,Cove or even Aldinga can do the job.Atleast that way,you all won't be so up yourself & maybe some heads may protrude from out their as#!

Do you know our coach Z.C. good to see you are as big a fool in the off season as you are in the season.

Nothing to report on the recruiting front Fudd but I know the coach is talking to a few players he would like to be at the club

Hey guys was down at Brighton jetty on monday night and saw a small contingent of runners, a few of them had flaggie tops on. Pretty impressed that from what it looks about 15 of them have started training even though they don't have a coach. Any more news on it yet?

And i noticed a few of the lower clubs have started pre season, does anyone know when the top 6 start? Will they start before Christmas do you reckon?

Do you think some of these teams will be burning themselves out too early?
It might be a better idea to get the footy's out and work on some skills, plenty of time to work on the fitness! Players should be taking responsbility to keep themselves reasonably fit anyway.
Isnt this the way Morphies approach it Mexican?

Ben Stokes to Marion (apparently has not signed and wants to do a pre-season before he decides.. anyone that knows stokesy knows his pre-seasons are not his strong point...)
McEntee signed contract with Eagles, play key defensive post if doesnt play league early will return to Marion
Bachman resign with Christies
Vick back at Cove??

Oh and the RMFL is crap, Jervois would scrape into the 8 in the SLF but any higher than 6or7 would be an insult to the league.

If thats the case FOOTYMAD then why do you keep chasing Jervois players? Do you think there is a reason why they dont want to play for you???

Dutchman you really are dillusional! Get back on the RMFL thread ya poser!
The RMFL is a substandard football league in comparison to many others and you know it, it was Jervois who poached my players ya drop kick. If your talking about my club making calls to its own past players due to the points system then we are guilty but at this juntcure thats not poaching that looking to reclaim players in order to adapt to the points system.

I have discussion on here with you before and just like then your still a wanker!

If your going to reply atleast make worth reading, your one sided opinions of a footy club and misguided judgements are embarrassing on your part. Dont get me wrong readers, I think freedom speech is one thing along with respecting opinions but being dillsuional is a far cry.

So much for you thinking before you post from now on...good to see you are back to your normal self...for those who dont know you i'll let other readers look at the history of your posts, and replies to your posts to determine what your "normal self" is...

I agree the SFL is a superior comp to RMFL. There is no doubting that! But a few of the Jervois boys (not originals at your club) have received a call from your club over the last few years before the points system was introduced, all of which said "no thanks".

I'm sure the name calling makes you feel like a big man, but I was making the point that you are happy to contact players from a "crap league". Thats all! Sounds like you took it a bit personally...

Oh and i dont think the term is "poaching" is appropriate when players want to leave...maybe all is not what it seems at your club...

Play on...

If your talking about Trevor Rigney then you need to check the ties between him and I, as for any readers that are interested in viewing my previous posts or replies to them I have a collage on my wall in my office so feel free to drop by or I can post picks.

Dutchman its a shambles to state that your club does not poach, you clearly are far from the tree if this is your true belief, you forgot to add the GSFL is also a superior league.

Apoliges to the player mentioned here, its not the case and I was speculating....

There you go...isnt it better without the name calling?
We werent talking about GSFL, but yes i would agree.
Never said dont poach, we were talking about one particular player. Fact is that particular player approached Jervois to play up there, maybe the attraction was money for him, but he obvioulsy wanted to leave your club if he was making the enquiries. Fact is Jervois did not sound him out, due to his recent introduction to the game, none of the boys knew much about him at all, including Mahoney. I wish him all the best also.
Now that is out of the way, what is your opinion of him as a player? Others have said tall and athletic but cant play?
