PNU came out firing early to lead 8 goals to 1 at quarter time but the Raggies fought back well to be just in front at 3 quarter time. PNU finished off better in a very close finish (the 9 point difference was due to a goal to PNU after the siren).
The crowd estmate was 1000+ with many Raggies stalwarts saying they hadn't seen a crowd like that at Raggiesland for a long long time.

Absolutely, havent seen a game that good at ANY level in a long time, the battle of the Staggs turned out to be a real treat. we looked a bit shaky in the 3rd quarter, but came out with the goods in the end...looking forward to the return bout

Which Staggs are you referring to? Matthew and which other one? Jeremy?
