i know that the boston footy club are a very much hated club throughout the lincoln league but i kind of do hope that they succeed just a little bit this season to make the competition a bit more interesting... What does everyone else think about that?

Keep tipping Carlton rossco and keep looking like an idiot, totally rediculous to tip them against my Fremantle at Subiaco. Tip them again and I will not listen to your 'sports show' again. I have 5 out of 5 so far in my tips by the way.

EP 17's

Postby OldCooper » Sun Apr 09, 2006 6:38 pm

i've just got home from watching some very good footy from the young talent we have on the Eyre Peninsula !!
A split EP under 17's team played each other in a trial match up at Kyancutta this morning to get the opportunity to impress the selectors to play in a three game carnival in adelaide on April 25-27 representing the EP to play against other teams from around the state.
The game was played with "old fashion footy"... hard and tough and none of that kick short to an option style of game like these days! long, hard and direct down the guts style of footy !! There were biffs bumps and brawls, big high flying marks and all - she had the lot!! good footy to watch from the sidelines and good footy to be apart of out on the field... made it hard for the selectors though - so much talent involved!!

Cooper 'old fashion footy' happens a lot in the country because there is no talent to do all this 'kick short to an option' every second kick would get stuffed up over here.
Where do Wirrulla get all their money from? Johncock is on a packet apparently, more than Kelsh.
The crows were shocking today, we need to improve in a lot of areas, when do they play Carlton?

yeah i know that the talent isnt good enough to do that... but wat im trying to say is that its much better to watch then the chip CENSORED kicks to an option that there is in the AFL.
Yeah i saw the crows today and weren't to flash were they but we (Crows) will be alright once Welsh and hentschel come back into the forward line-up. Havnt seen Torney hit the scene this season do you know what he's doing?? Injured/omitted??

Yes, the axe or as irate punters were saying when he came back to the mounting yard 'the butcher' will no doubt have to defend his ride on Rodeto, but he will get every chance to do so. I am sure we will get a resonable response from him, not a good day for the murderer but hey thats racing....
Dont you just love it when you back these horses at $4 then you jump off them and they get up at $8.... Lex Luthor you bitch!
zoo poo are you bringing Little Lap back from the paddock?

Some more ins to the Ranger list I heard on the weekend

Chris Puckridge, Chris Hull, Scott Taylor

Still waiting for Waybacks TRR, just put up the 'confirmed' ones for now. Obvioulsy those you are still working on are 'unconfirmed' and don't need to be mentioned......

Round 1's fixtures will be good to get an early assessment.

Waybacks should beat Mallee's, will be interesting to see if the Pecker line up has dwindled as much as we have heard.

Rangers & Tasmans is a good early matchup for both sides to see where they are at. Could go either way.....

Souths will beat Bostons, by how much is the question!! Can the Tigers wittle their losing margins from 20+ goals last year to 10+ in 2006?
