Anyone who puts an animal in distress should be reported.
Isnt that why there are new rules that i read about with tom hayles being animal welfare officer at grsa. He should be dealt with. Whos to say that there isnt another dog at this persons property that isnt going through the same trauma now. Do something about it.
As for the top trainers its the same anywhere - you can only work with the cattle you have got on the farm!!!
