Ground bathed in sunshine ... Inness bowling the house down (he wants this wicket to be moved to the other venues as well!) and some Redbacks trapped in the view of the headlights ... it's all good for SOME of us

SA are 8-112 after 38.

Dizzy and Cullen look to have a hold of play in the past hour (8-174 at tea) but we know what usually happens after a break in play ... hopefully for us a few wickets fall, get youse for 180 and we reduce the difference in the last two hours or else you guys will get up to about 250.

Get us for 184 you did. Dizzy 51*.

The very sad fact for SA is that it is quite legitimate to talk about Jason Gillespie as one if if not the best batsman in the side. Seriously the value he puts on his wicket is very high and he contributes on a consistent basis. If he couldn't bowl i'd still select him over almost, if not all, the current top 6 and that is a dead serious comment.

I dont give a rats arse if ADCOCK gets dropped
as long as
ELLIOTT goes first

Okay he can improve but Herb is probably the best batsman in the SA team at the moment. He does not deserve to be dropped!
Cheers

Thats right Herb has had a pretty good year considering, got a start most games and top scored in last game. It would be nice if he could turn a start into a big 100 soon, but at this stage he is one of our best.

Why have a captain. the one we have is useless, let the coach go out there toss the coin and call the shots from the dressing room when they are fielding, like he's the one that reckons Adcock is a top bowler and will fit into the side as an allrounder, in fact lets get serious Rod Rooster to lead the Redbacks yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh :D

Hooray

Without getting too carried away i would back myself in to make more that 122 runs in 10 innings at an average of 13.55. Take out the 49* and its 83 runs in 9 innings at 9.22. What a captain
