Dont support either Portland or Seaton, but like u heard same stuff round the port. gee he really was touchy over that one we both heard MERCY. often when that touchey there some truth to it maybe. Hey dont care anyways but on new years eve i was in a conversation with at least 2 of those 4 players who are going to train with seaton. maybe changed minds or something but something not right.

not stiring pot felch, only what was being said. maybe piss talk, maybe not. why be so defensive though if guys are trying to better themselves by playing a1 footy insted of down at portland. insecure and selfish maybe as well. if you were a little club like portland coouldnt blame lads for givin a1 or a2 clubs a try out. why not try port district or seaton or W-lakes. can only help there footy

Machine your words sound very familiar to a bloke I spoke too last year. This bloke who for arguments sake we will call the cougar did not have too much positive to say in regards to Portland or the running of the club. In addition to this spent much time bagging a certain female down there who I agreed has not much of an idea when it comes to running a footy club. Just wondering if you are the same bloke or are there 2 cougars out there? :D

I agree this person may not know much about running a football club, but since when has the success of any one team been an individual achievement????

I think the doors still get opened at Portland and i am sure they are financially secure, maybe the machine wishes that the CLUBS he's involved in were run like the one he so promently bags..............

I think secretly Machine might have an infactuation with this person and the club he so frequently bags. Perhaps you might see his blonde locks stealthily stalking this club in the near future.

You might find on the Hills thread he has signed with Kersbrook!!! Is this guy serious and all this talk about him signing with upteen different clubs true?? Maybe this is just a big joke because I for one starting to tire of hearing about this guy signing here, signing there, then back here! :? :? :? :?
I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer.

I wouldn't mind a few more "un-skilled" players like him...

I can confirm that Lay will be playing for Fitzroy again this season.
He also got married in the off-season, btw.

He's aparantly signed at Barossa District as well, and I'd also heard whispers about him heading to Para Hills...

PS- that would make 2 ex Rambler players & Fitzroy, as I played junior footy for them.

Supposedly North Haven have already signed at least 11 new players. I did not recognise any of the names mentioned, except 1 Joey Milera. He said he was getting paid!! This is very funny to hear as he is easily 10-15 kg's over a respectable playing weight. He was snagged from Portland, apparently which has made zero attempt to hold onto it's most lazy and injury prone recruit of 2007. This is a bloke that did his hamstring during the second quarter, then without telling anyone went home!! True story!!. Paying blokes like this, i predict North Haven to finish in the bottom 5.
