Q10 Aside from an online perfume shop and an Italian indie band it appears to be a family of characters from Martin Chuzzlwit by Charles Dickens...so I'll try him.

I read somewhere the "Helen" is a unit of beauty - based on Helen of Troy. So I'll take a wild stab and say Q19 is something along the lines of Troyophobia or Helenophobia.
