Wasn't Warne or Slater was it.

No, they've both retired, this thread is about current players.

I was a Sharma fan when i saw him run over to Symonds and shake his hand when he was finally out in sydney after his ton. This of course was the same innings when Sharma got him to nick one early on and and the umpire didnt give him out.

Mcgrath was as good as anyone in giving a send off so i dont think people should be too harsh on Sharma.

My point was that Australians get criticised for that sort of thing. Very heavily - mostly by our own media.

I was a fan of Sharma as soon as i saw him bowl. He will become a fantastic bowler. 19 years old and thrown into the Test arena against the toughest of opponents on their home soil. He has performed a great job and will only get better. So he got excited when he took a wicket. Hell if i got Matthew Hayden out in the nets i'd take out a full page ad in newspapers worldwide. Sharma got him out at a crucial time while the match was still well and truly up for grabs. Good on him for celebrating.

I can. Haven't played cricket since I was 12, was really bad at it. But was always good at sportsmanship which the Indians have been dreadful at the past few weeks whilst the Australians, amongst a couple of moments, have been pretty good.

Just like being half pregnant. It started with Clarke snicking to 1st slip and standing his ground.

And finished with the Australians racially vilifying an opponent and threatening to call the tour off... Oh hang on...

I thought it finished with ...
A man being cleared of a charge
An aussie man saying he thought he heard something but may have got it wrong because it was in a combination of broken languages
The same aussie player showing he was a foul mouthed yob by flying into a tirade of filth and starting the incident.
Another aussie player changing his story between hearings
Another aussie player saying he would be a witness to stick it up HS( on field microphone evidence) when in the hearing it was noted by the "judge" he was fielding at 1st slip at the time(lucky no on the bible oaths at this hearing as that could have been interesting considering the player in question) ... Gee i am starting to wonder why they were a little peeved

Kumble in a press conference a few weeks ago tried to claim the high moral ground (something i haven't heard the Australians do), yet the Indians are just as bad (this is the biggest issue i think Australian supporters have with the Indian team).
