This is the clarets mascot Bertie Bee, "tackling" a streaker during the Burnley v Preston game a couple of years ago. I was in the stand on the side where it happened as was about 20 feet away.
Just to give you the story, Burnley v preston is one of those local derby games. Not quite as intense as a Burnley v b4st4rds game but still a lot of rivalry.
This dude, stripped off and ran the full length of the pitch towards the Preston fans massed behind the opposite goal. Burnley had just gone 2 - 0 up and he had 2 * 0 , a two written on his left cheek and a zero on his right cheek.
He made it to the other goal, turned round and bent over baring his a4rse to the PNE fans.
Now that was funny in itself, but then he decided to run all the way back to the opposite goal from where he came.

LMAO ... Thats a cracker mate, luv the celebration by the Mascot after the tackle on the tackle!!

Funnier still Mrs JTC was there and she missed the whole bloody episode.

We were already gone Johnny, but we were lucky to only lose 1-nil this morning, Hammers far too good ... We'll struggle for a CL spot next year I reckon.
