yay there is two other people out there who think like me. If only the rest of the country thinks the same way then we would be all much better off.
At this point in time I can't see my self ever getting one either. however I do use a visa linked debit card for those larger purchases that you just can't use cash for.

Me too heater! I worked in finance for 10 years, saw enough misery created by credit cards to put me off for life. Pretty happy about that too.

You don't need that good a record anymore. Banks will give anyone money.
