Talk on any country footy league or club from the SA Country area

Depends who you talk to, I didn't have Waybacks as favourites in 2004 (was quite surprised to hear Boags say he still thinks they had a better side that year) and while I did think Mallee's went in as favourites I always suspected a Demon triumph!! It's when Bluey does the labelling you need to worry, kiss of death.....

Burns - lives closer to Cummins, mixes with the Cougars boys more. Didn't play for us at all last year and probably won't play a lot up there either, football's not a big priority for Burnsy.

Whillas - want's to have more fun and go where there's more women, he went to Lock

Hull - assume you mean Chris, got the shits after spending majority of 2004 2nd semi on bench, didn't play last year but I heard a whisper he was going to play again this year. He's been overseas so a little unsure of his movements.

Thought I gave genuine answers? Remember Evo also left you guys to come to us, just the way he is I guess, likes to refresh, often.....This summer he started off sailing, played a bit of cricket then finished on tennis!! He's a likeable bloke though and good luck to him, Lock will have a good CHB this year.....

Hey White Tips, rumour has it there is a real possibility Scruff could be back from the lack of sunshine state soon because of lack of work through floods and home sickness.

Also, wouldn't be surprised if Revrand Whillas was back at rangers mid way through the year. With the way he is, once he's played a few games up there and realises that all the chicks from the lock area are either married or have moved to Adelaide, he'll be back!

But who knows, after talking to him the other day, he does (at the moment) sound pretty keen to play up at Lock and went well in their trial game apparently.

If anyone is planning on going out the races today they beter be quick... Maca is nearly ready to put up the full house sign. apparently there are 4,000 people at the course already! massive fields and great weather... Guernica scratched... whoever finishes that race will win probably.
I see Zaheerina won the first at Sandown yesterday as odds on fav.
Now I am confident Mitigatre can win today, its oppenents have had enough and it will finish over the top of them. Back it today... other good things are Damn Straight and Danzilch.... Big day for JGW!!!
All the talk of a two horse race (W and MR) have we all written off Tasmans?

Yes Rodeto did repay the followers faith but not at the odds we wanted.... any price a winner though I spose!!! Senior Jockey sat 3 wide the trip and rode it confidently.
Great to see the trainers premiership go down to the second last race of the season with Jenny Gow-Whyte winning 1 ahead of Ray who could have been a little unlucky with 3 seconds today.
A lot at PL depends on which horse gets the good run in transit... If Sea Ransom had have had the run of Eagle Juan it would have won... coming 4 wide on the turn in a slowly run race it had no chance.... EJ after a 3 wide run last meet beaten 8.5 lengths gets all the favours today and wins .... It is all luck!
Attendance was officialy 43.
Well done to 'the Axe' on his apprentices award.... couldnt beleive I was listening to Hilton Donaldson and during the call of race 5 he said 'Ma'haba was next for the axe man'... think we have started something here with 'the axe man' (I didnt know Hilton read this site)
The daily double dividend of $17.10 was massive.... Mrs Spudley was always going to run well against that lot $3.10 win into Wanderibby who was a class above them at $2.50... 3.1 x 2.5 = $7.75. Even the treble with Pink Bay (all 3 started favourite) paid $105... Ahhh well all over for another year...
