That goes to show that Gilchrist has never saved a boundary like that before, because he would have stopped that if he timed the dive better.

I don't reckon he ever had a chance with those pads on.
I've tried diving like that with keepers pads on and its tough.
But you're right, he never would've done that before.

He made a great effort to get there and I thought it looked like he would make it. But the dive was a little early. You're right, DW, wouldn't be easy to run 55 odd metres in keepers pads.

Yeah they just seem to step up...Not one quick bowler this summer has looked out of form IMO.
Lee, Johnston & Clark will be the cornerstoen of the Aus attack for a couple of years...
