Having your birthday today

Who on here knows of anyone that has their birthday today?

If I'm right, you have a 0.273598% chance of you correctly guessing someone's birthday (excluding those that have theirs today):
(one day/days in a year)*(days in four years excluding the leap year day/total number of days in four years)
((1/365)*(1460/1461)*100)

Whereas you have 0.0684427% chance of guessing someone's birthday is today - (days in four years excluding the leap year day/total number of days in four years) - ((1460/1461)*100)

What would the chance of a married couple both having their birthdays on 29/02, on the news last night there was a elderly couple both having their "19th" birthdays.
