Yeah, Steve played for Houghton for a bit and coached our Reserves in '04. Good bloke, hope it all goes well for him this year.

hi just want to let you know that im new to this forum and ive been reading so much crap about angle vale i think people need to get their facts right before they comment as 90% of this is bulls**t  the smithfield boys that have joined angle vale have joined by their own accord sundays trail match can not justify the way a team will be as they were not only playing a div 3 side they have been a side that has played football together for some time , unlike angle vale as they have only come together in the last 4 weeks 1st time ever played a game together some guys havent even played a game before. eastern park came out predicting to beat angle vale by 60+ goals so the day wasnt as bad as predicted. the heat took its toll for both sides also. so after all that said i will sign off by saying good luck angle vale things can only get better for you guys :D :D :D

Good to see you could find the positives in a 50-goal loss mate...

Good luck to Angle Vale, good to see them in the SAAFL after playing them in juniors, just get yourselves a decent oval sooner rather than later.

They've had juniors in the CDJFL for about 10 years Buzz. They play at the primary school oval, which is aparantly where the seniors will be playing as well. Tiny. Very tiny.

How are the 7R Full Backs going to handle the Monolithic Uni Legend, Fatty Little Darren Graetz, aka 'Jerk', with over 400 games and almost 1300 goals?
